THE FCDAE),
CANNABIS: THE FACTS, HUMAN RIGHTS AND THE LAW.
We proffer our deepest sympathy
to Rose, Janet and David.
People who are recipients of the information dispersed by the owned
and controlled mass media will be aware of Milton Friedman's intellectually
persuasive advocation of monetarism and free market economics, in preference
to state interventions. However, this is but one side of his beliefs.
There are those who say Milton was merely the mouthpiece of the plutocrats
who manipulate and control our politicians for their own richesse.
Such people are in ignorance of this fine man who sought the good of
all and strived for creation of a more compassionate society. To them
we say, you are in for a surprise when you ponder on the facts and
information below.
Milton sent us a Foreword endorsement of our book, THE REPORT OF THE
FCDAE. If you have read THE REPORT, you will know that it reveals the
Illegality of the Status Quo. That is to say, THE REPORT exposes, as
never before, that government and corporate monetary interests are
causing U.S. and Western régimes today to adopt a felonious
modus operandi, the result of ulterior (i.e. concealed; illegal) money-motive.
THE REPORT is an evidentially based thesis and indictment of government.
It is comprised of Seven Parts (or chapters). It is also endorsed by
a Professor of Physiology Fellow of The Royal Society, eminent academics,
doctors (of a variety of disciplines) and judges (U.S. & U.K.).
Obviously, one cannot replicate here the case made in evidence presented
in THE REPORT's 250 pages, but there follows a short description.
When people do come to an understanding of the realities surrounding
modern politics and global macro-economics, these aforementioned government-corporate
'vested interests' weigh heavily upon them. Men and women of frail
or negative character cannot bring themselves to articulate publicly
and honestly, the facts and philosophy which expose particular government-corporate
interventions to be venal and hence criminal.
Principles are compromised. Truth, the universal natural law is fractured;
and ultimately, innocent people in their millions become casualties
of government injustice and corporate avarice. In the teeth of these
government-corporate interests, Milton resisted; where others succumb
and adopt a mendacious position either of unconscionable tacit acquiesence,
or active abetment and support of the Illegality of the Status Quo.
In view of the malignancy visited upon the population by our politicians,
and the fact that Milton publicly endorsed THE REPORT, it is fitting
as our tribute to him as a foe of tyranny that the following be brought
to people's attention. Milton would have wished that, even in his passing,
his influence would work to the beneficial illumination and liberation
of the people. A brief overview follows.

to Mankind. Cannabis-Methanol provides fuel which is pollution-free."
These statements are demonstrated
as fact, for the first time on record, by the analysis given which
comprises The Cannabis Biomass Energy Equation (CBEE), in THE REPORT
OF THE FCDAE.

'THC-rich' Cannabis Sativa
grows up to and over 20 feet (c. 6 metres) in height without fertiliser
in a single season (4 months), yielding delectable protein-rich staple
seed food (no relaxant in seed), cellulose-rich bulk wood-hurds for
pyrolytic fuel and lubricants, paper and plastics and fibre for textiles.

77 to 80 per cent of the biomass
of cannabis is comprised of cellulose, a carbohydrate ideal for conversion
into the hydrocarbons of fuel. Improved on by modern techniques to
achieve efficient conversion of biomass into fuel, pyrolysis is one
of Mankind's earliest technologies, an ancient skill used in Pharaonic
times to produce oleaginous embalming fluid for mummification. The
same process is used today to refine oil.
Pyrolysis should not be confused
with bio-chemical conversion (fermentation) of sugar-to-alcohol which
is a capital-investment intensive (costly), slow, and itself an energy-consuming
method producing the inferior ethanol not methanol. By contrast, pyrolysis
produces the variety of liquid fuels and lubricants type-similar to
gasoline and subterranean oil, but without pollution.
Pyrolysis is the decomposing
of biomass (fresh or fossil) by the heat of anaerobic (reduced air)
combustion which converts organic material into gases and/or fuel oils.
In this way, Cannabis Biomass
is the direct substitute for the fossilised biomass of coal and petroleum.
With the hot 'off-gases' collected, which cool to condense into liquid
fuels, pyrolysis is also known in modern refining as 'thermochemical
decomposition' or as 'wood distillation', or as 'destructive distillation.
The U.S. National "Soil
Bank's" registered fallow land (c. 89 million acres) can be planted
with soil-enriching, non-depletive cannabis as a fallow rotation crop,
producing enough Cannabis-Methanol, oil and BTU-gas to enable the United
States to become not only self-sufficient, but also a net fuel-energy
exporter. This is achievable without planting up a single new acre
or subtracting land area from current food production.
THE FREE SOURCE OF WORLD
FUEL-ENERGY.
N.B. Cultivated profitably
for nutritious seed-food (which does not contain relaxant ingredients),
all the cannabis by-products are derived from a resource which is thus
production-cost-free (i.e. free). The fibres and cellulose-rich wood-hurd
bulk residues, flowertops and foliage, yield cannabis products which
include the fuel and energy, all types of plastic products; man-made
fibres (by cellulosic polymerisation, e.g. nylon), fine-grade yarn
and Dresden Cotton ®, textiles, paper, cardboard and newsprint,
medication, lightweight building materials (Isochanvre ®) etc.
THE RESOURCE TO SUPER-ABUNDANT
RENEWABLE CLEAN ENERGY.
Combustion of Cannabis-Methanol,
CH3OH, emits only water H2O (as steam) and carbon dioxide CO2. Regarding
CO2 emission, on combustion, the carbon bonds with oxygen: CO2 is released
into the atmosphere; but, an equivalent quantity of carbon is absorbed
by the next fuel-crop in cultivation. This is termed a 'closed-cycle'
to signify no net increase of atmospheric CO2 is produced by the use
of cannabis for fuels. Similarly, the cannabis crop itself has been
formed by photosynthesis, subtracting from carbon already in the atmosphere.
Replacing use of the fossils
coal and oil and natural gas by use of the net ZERO-EMISSION cannabis
has an enormous immediate stabilising effect on the otherwise increasingly
fatal and catastrophic Global Warming. Following Hurricanes Mitch,
Katrina, Rita, Wilma, and others, THE REPORT also contains the effective
method and technical remedy by which the complete stabilisation, or
reversal of Global Warming is achieved, if reversal becomes or has
become advisable -- or imperative.
THE REPORT OF THE FCDAE:
THE SOLUTION TO GLOBAL WARMING --
AND REPLACEMENT FOR URANIUM
AND FOSSILS MISUSED AS 'FUELS'.
The current planetary atmospheric
temperature increase, i.e. Global Warming, is a man-made, not a natural,
phenomenon. Since 1850, at which time accurate records were commenced,
CO2 has increased in the atmosphere from 265 parts per million (ppm)
to 378 ppm, to date. Emitted in an historically short period, or, relative
to geological time-scales, in the blink of an eye, this represents
a colossal 42 % increase of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
A single small power station's
annual fossil combustion to generate energy for only 4,000 households
(at a lower average consumption rate than the U.S.) releases pollutants,
as follows:
88 tons of sulphur dioxide;
66 tons of nitrous oxide;
10 tons of flying ash; and
13,750 tons (thirteen thousand, seven hundred and fifty tons) of carbon
dioxide.

Heat is the generator by which
our weather systems are activated. In addition to raised sea levels
(from polar ice-cap and glacial meltdown) the danger and damage to
life, property, agricultural production and civilised order, arise
from:
floods; temperature increase
enables prevailing currents of air to carry more moisture, precipitating
as increased rainfall upon the land. Warming of only a small fraction
of 1°C can result in many more inches of rain - trillions of tons
of catastrophic floodwater; viz. uncharacteristic recent floods in
England, France, Germany, Vietnam, Texas, Minnesota, Iowa, Florida,
Northern Italy, New South Wales, Cambodia, South Africa, Siberia, Chile,
Bangladesh, Taiwan and Mozambique; and,
from turbulent airstreams,
storms, gales, hurricanes, cyclones and tornadoes, viz. increasing
intensity and frequency of life-destroying, devastating hurricanes
in numerous parts of the world.
Multiple-thousands of recent
human fatalities, destruction of animals, crops and property are attributable
to Global Warming’s floods, hurricanes and drought. Based on
death and destruction already perpetrated, Global Warming represents
no less a threat to the people of the world than World War.
This book shows that the threat
and damage from Global Warming by emissions from the combustion of
fossils, are totally needless and inexcusable. The unprecedented (new)
formulation in this book proves not only that the energy alternative
to nuclear power, natural gas and the fossils (oil and coal) already
exists, but also that it is non-polluting, and that it comprises the
cheapest fuel-energy known to mankind.
Increase in atmospheric temperature
is sometimes nonchalantly dismissed as "normal intermittent fluctuations."
These conspiratorial statements are not backed by the indications,
nor by impartial scientific studies. This verbal shrug by representatives
of the coal and oil interests, is the money-motivated, predictable
attempted obscuration of the fact that government and corporate Owners
of coal and oil, would prefer the industrial world, ruinously and homicidally,
to continue to consume their fossil material.
'Fluctuations' do not satisfy
these data. While the incaution of foolishness is to be regretted,
the dissemination of falsehoods for short-term monetary gain and political
hegemony is to be condemned. Serious change in composition of the atmosphere,
notably the CO2 increase, renders Global Warming to have resulted from
the misuse of fossils as 'fuel'. Unless immediate responsible legislation
emplaces The Solution, the indications are that Global Warming will
continue.
When the danger from combustion
of fossils remained unrealised, their misuse as 'fuel' was purblind
and unfortunate. However, since the danger was recognised, and since
The Scientific Solution to Global Warming was published and has circulated
at the highest government levels, the protracted misuse of fossils
as 'fuel' by the failure of governments to implement The Solution has
been the wilful premeditated committing of a political act in which
large-scale homicide is implicated; an act for which individuals of
government and corporate institutions are accountable.
Politicians remain recalcitrant:
none are so blind as those who will not see. This book explains how
magnates of corporations, and governments, comprised of the executive,
the legislature and the judiciary, amongst whom some persons are more
culpable than others, succumb to an ulterior corrupt money-motive to
wage this World War of Global Warming upon the people of the planet,
by choice. Global Warming is a catastrophe for which politicians have
made themselves accountable. Allowing continued build-up of atmospheric
CO2 by emissions from consumption of coal and oil is the indictable
act of: Crime Against Humanity; Crime Against Peace; Betrayal; Criminal
Dereliction; and Conspiracy (Racket; U.S.). By not adopting The SOLUTION,
politicians endanger All.
NO further increases in atmospheric
CO2 from fuel-combustion are acceptable: human lives continue to be
taken and the world population remains at risk.
The Kyoto Treaty with its proposed
reductions in CO2 emissions is a destructive elaborate diversion.
All misuse of fossils as ‘fuel’
must be stopped at once.
In delaying implementation
of The CBEE Solution, governments become culpable for homicide. Individuals
who comprise these governments represent legitimate targets of public
wrath and just retribution. Global CO2 emissions are attributed as
follows:

There is now no serious dissent
to the postulation that it is as certain as it is possible to be that
continued misuse of fossils as 'fuels', of coal, natural gas and oil,
threatens great and continually increasing detriment to the planetary
environment. Only the degree of the damage and the speed at which it
can occur are in debate. Taking the most conservative consensual estimate
of 2½°C average Global Warming with attendant Mean Sea Level
increase of approximately 12 inches in 30 years and 40 inches by 2100,
large areas of land, productive coastal and low-lying plains, scores
of major cities and densely populated regions will be invaded by the
sea.
Unless this SOLUTION is implemented
forthwith, to give but a very few examples, significant portions of
Holland, Germany, Florida, the Great Chinese River Basin, Bangladesh,
East Anglia, New York, London, Tokyo and Venice, can expect inundative
obliteration within decades.
Misuse of uranium and the finite,
diminishing quantity of astronomically-priced fossils as 'fuel', benefits
only the government-corporate Owners of these poisoning underground
minerals; absolutely nobody else…
UBIQUITOUS PRODUCTION-COST-FREE
FUEL.
THE CANNABIS BIOMASS ENERGY
EQUATION shows readers of THE REPORT (with instructions and diagrams)
how gasoline-type Cannabis-Methanol is easily made at home or anywhere
for free in a simple cast-iron oven, CANNABIS RELEGALISATION achieving

The unnatural political intervention
in the cost of fuel-energy is counter-productive, causing a crushing
disincentive to the world's production of wealth: food and material
goods. It produces poor people everywhere and poverty on the world
scale. But politicians compound their inhumanity with crime:
Susceptible, manipulated and
overwhelmed by their venality, and intensely driven by the desire to
retain the hegemony which derives from monopoly and control over fuel-energy
supply, government-corporate vested interests of all political persuasions
install the fraudulent Prohibition of the world's most prolific and
economical fuel-energy resource: cannabis sativa.

India, Japan and the industrialised world, but also the other peoples
of Asia, Africa and South America should take special note:

The RESTORATION Program. Adoption of this Program proffers a beneficent
transformation to mankind's socio-political modus vivendi, and to the

Incidentally, by RELEGALISATION
each continent is capable of producing surplus cannabis-fuel for all
energy needs, which eliminates transport by ocean-going oil-tankers,
rendering their related environmental disasters a thing of the past.
By their Prohibition, politicians are directly accountable for all
the repeated ecological catastrophes.
EXONERATIVE FINDINGS
OF FACT:
THE OFFICIAL EMPIRICAL CLINICAL STUDIES.
2. THE REPORT includes
a comprehensive collation of the official FINDINGS OF FACT and Conclusions
of the medico-scientific clinical empirical studies conducted by world-respected
U.S. academic and research institutions into the smoking of cannabis
(marijuana).
The expert Empirical Studies
[i.e. the clinical monitored research of 'hands-on' actual long and
short-term use by human test subjects] are DEFINITIVE. These unanimously
conclude:
firstly, the benign nature
of the non-addictive, non-toxic herb;
secondly, numerous efficacious
applications in curative and preventive medicine (cf. official Pharmacopoeias),
replacing lucrative lines of toxic, addictive ineffectual pharmaceutical
laboratory-derived chemical drugs; and
thirdly, the complete exoneration
of cannabis from 'skill impairment' (including driving tests) and all
allegations of mental or physical 'harm', from 'danger', 'carcinosis',
'psychosis', 'amotivation', 'abuse', and 'misuse', etc. Full technical

DEROGATORY FICTIONS
AND THE MONEY-MOTIVE.
Although the official Empirical
Studies investigate and categorically refute all allegations of 'harm'
and 'impairment', nevertheless, those representing the financial interests
of government, of pharmaceutical corporations, and of others, circulate
the derogatory fictions which do not come from and are dismissed by
the definitive empirical studies.
Faced with this shocking discrepancy
between exonerative facts and malindoctrination, people find themselves
perplexed and ask "if cannabis is clinically proven to be harmless,
why does the government say the contrary and punish innocent people
?" THE REPORT reveals that the disinformation results from a massive
but concealed motive.
When investigating allegations
of "impairment," clinician-professors relate how, on occasion,
research subjects enjoying effects and thinking themselves "too
stoned" to perform adequately, would ask to be excused the tests,
which were still insisted upon. Then, on testing, the subjects were
surprised to find themselves able to perform as well as, or better
than without marijuana. This finding proved to be replicable. That
even the regular users were "surprised" their tests’
results confirmed no decrements derive from use of cannabis, indicates
they had been prepossessed by the false indoctrination.
THE REPORT investigates laboratory
toxic chemical extract THC, which, within the plant itself, is compounded
into a harmless chemically different form. THC studies are perjuriously
'extrapolated' as "new research on cannabis." THE REPORT
also investigates the other sources of the ongoing fabricated derogation
of cannabis.
Cannabis is officially exempted
from all legislation, regulation or control founded on 'harm' criteria.
All private cultivation, trade, possession and use are vindicated.
Based on the research-established esoteric Empirical Evidence, THE
REPORT is an authoritative insight into the real, but concealed, illegal
reason behind Prohibition: ulterior money-motive.

PROHIBITION: THE PROGENITOR OF CRIME.

Political Prohibition law creates
the Black Market and exponentially augments the "street price"
of even the most mundane commodities, drugs, etc., by 3000% plus, over
the equivalent already profitably prescribed by the physician. Trade
in contraband (smuggling, dealing, etc.) is the most profitable activity
in the world. This prohibition-incremented value in the proscribed
commodities makes money-motivated activities with them inevitable.
The Prohibition enforcement itself engenders the very crime it is purportedly
emplaced to deter.
People are indoctrinated to
forget that the control on substances with therapeutic applications,
i.e. prohibition, is emplaced to effect monopoly, to protect the immense
revenues, the trillions in duty and taxes taken by governments (of
all political persuasions); and the company Owners' vast pharmaceutical
corporate profits yielded from the drugs' trade. However, as the PROGENITOR
of not less than 75% of all CRIME (official statistics), the money-motivated
legislation of Prohibitions is both unlawful and disgraceful.
Legislation which progenerates
crime is inherently illegal.
The monumental crime and brutality
which characterise the Prohibitionist-led society are the product of
the culpable politicians who maintain the legislation and the judiciary
who enforces it.
As pointed out by THE REPORT,
it is a fundamental moral and legal principle that "to cause crime
to occur is to be responsible (accountable) for the crime." The
implicated individual politicians and judiciary are judicably accountable.
Definition, judicable: that which may be tried by jury in a court of
law.
Regarding cannabis (marijuana)
prohibition, this is also motivated by government and corporations'
desire to maintain rigid control of the supply of fuel-energy for hegemony
and money-motive; ref. The Cannabis Biomass Energy Equation.
At a stroke, Relegalisation
eradicates this undue increased value in prohibited or rationed commodities.
Overnight, Relegalisation eliminates the Black Market and all associated
crime. Consider the improvement to our modern world by the large-scale
elimination of crime which only comes from complete RELEGALISATION.
THE CITIZEN'S DUTY TO
JUDGE THE LAWS:
RESTORATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL TRIAL BY JURY.
Politicians are fully aware
of the illegality and adverse consequences of their unfounded Prohibitions,
and of the moral and legal imperative of Relegalisation: but they are
remorselessly controlled and driven by criminal money-motive.
Thus, Nullification of the
illegal Prohibition legislation of the War on Drugs is the absolutely
mandatory Duty of all citizens, including Jurors. Support for Restoration
of proper Trial by Jury is the Duty of all citizens who deprecate crime.
Jury Nullification is the only (peaceable) means by which society can
be put to rights, and be rid of these grotesque criminally-motivated,
crime-producing political 'Prohibitions'.
If the government (judge) can
dictate the evidence, and the jury is required to find the verdict
according to that evidence, then government can dictate the verdict
which the jury must reach. In that case, the trial is really a pretence
not a "trial" at all. It is also a rigmarole of a pretended
"trial" by the government, not by a jury.
Throughout the West, politicians and judiciary have quashed the proper
common law rôle of jurors in Trial by Jury to judge the law,
facts, on the admissibility of evidence, on the moral intent of the
accused (requiring positive malice aforethought to find 'guilt'), on
mitigating factors if guilt is unanimously found, and to set the fitting
sentence.
Nowadays, juries are so abused and manipulated by politicians and the
judiciary that real Trial by Jury (described in the previous paragraph)
does not take place. Compare the Illegality of the Status Quo with

"If the jury feels the
law is unjust, we recognise the undisputed power of the jury to acquit
even if its verdict is contrary to the law as given by the judge, and
contrary to the evidence. If the jury feels that the law under which
the defendant is accused is unjust, or that exigent circumstances justified
the actions of the accused, or for any reason which appeals to their
logic or passion, the jury has the power to acquit, and the courts
must abide by that decision."

Naturally, people have the
moral responsibility, the right and the duty to resist and suppress
injustice wherever it occurs, and by whomsoever it is perpetrated,
governments notwithstanding. By definition and in practice, democracy
requires that the People at all times retain the Supreme Power to annul
injustices and the bad laws made by fallible politicians.
Today, to ensure the enforcement
of the money-motivated criminogenic War on Drugs 'laws', judges exclude
evidence which exonerates defendants prosecuted under all these unfounded,
inequitable and hence illegal Prohibitions. This unlawfully excluded
expert evidence includes documentary, legal, academic, scientific,
medical, technical, philosophical, and that which is based on grounds
of equity. Today, judges tell jurors to consider only that evidence
which he (or she) allows !
Jury Nullification is the method
by which U.S. Drug-Alcohol Prohibition was terminated. In the last
four years of the crime-producing Alcohol Prohibition, Not Guilty verdicts
or hung juries were returned by citizens in approximately half of all
prosecutions, this being a principal cause of the repeal of the legislation.
The Common Law Trial by Jury
Justice System was emplaced by Constitutional laws precisely for the
purpose of the elimination, deterrence and retribution of acts which
are the product of mens rea (i.e. criminal intent; malice aforethought),
such as these false War on Drugs laws, made and maintained by corrupted
politicians. Jury Nullification of all drug-Prohibition prosecutions
is the moral obligation of Jurors and the constitutionally correct
way to achieve the enormous 75% reduction in crime... all of which
crime is caused by and the result of the money-motivated politicians'
War on Drugs criminal subterfuge.
However, politicians intend
their ulterior revenue and profit-protection racket to succeed. Consequently,
they see it as essential for government to perpetrate the unlawful
suppression of the proper functioning of the Trial by Jury; and especially
to destroy its central tenet: the Nullification by Juries of the prosecutions
of bad, unjust laws by finding the Not Guilty verdict.
Suppression of Jury Nullification,
the Constitution and Trial by Jury, is a criminal Prohibitionists'
program. It is crucial to their financial interests for, otherwise,
Juries would certainly come to annul the crooked government-corporate
revenue and profit protection racket disguised as the War on Drugs.
Trial by Jury is correctly
perceived by the Owners and politicians as the only real threat to
their continuing receipt of the undeserved trillions. This explains
why the governments' beholden employees, the judges, suppress the Jurors'
Nullification Duty, by misinstructing juries that they may not judge
the justice, or rather the injustice, of law; and why government wherever
possible denies the accused his or her right to a fair Trial by a Jury
of equal fellow citizens.
By the unalterable principles
of common law (and by common sense), cultivation, production, trade,
sale, import-export, supply, smoking (whatever), eating, drinking,
possession and use are all legal. That is to say, these acts described
are innocent in themselves. Legislation cannot impute mens rea, ('malice
aforethought', the criterion by which common law defines 'guilt'),
to the act itself. However, today, politicians and judiciary driven
by the ulterior money-motive, criminally infract the Constitutions
and common law by which they are bound, and on a routine basis fabricate
'offences' out of things which are not and never will be 'crimes'.
Enforcement of the unfounded,
perjurious 'legislation' by wayward judges, results in fines, incarceration
and other abuses of innumerable harmless innocent citizens whose acts
are without guilt and of no criminal intent. This results in the West's
largest prison population of all time, consisting principally of citizens
innocent of any crime; while the real crimes go unsolved and largely
unchallenged.
The accountable Progenitors
of Crime, that is, the unseen plutocrats, who 'finance and run' the
parties, politicians and their state bureaucrat servitors; and the
judiciary and lawyers, who enforce and prosecute the execrable subterfuge
masquerading as 'legislation'; and the hardened dangerous real criminals,
go scot free...

The corruption of the modern
judiciary is self-evident in judges' upholding the criminally arbitrary
authority of government, by judges actively procuring conviction of
individuals for acts innocent in themselves, and the commission of
which therefore indicates no criminal intent—but which are 'forbidden'
by illegal 'statute'.
In flagrant breach of morality
and common law, judges routinely abet persecution of innocent people
by permitting and participating in prosecutions of these false 'laws',
simply because not to do so would lose them their job.
In all these cases, the citizens
involved are due Amnesty and Restitution (as for other Wrongful Penalisation).

GOVERNMENT DECADENCE,
DESPOTISM AND DECLINE.
The power of government consists
merely of the physical force which it brings to its support—of
moral force, it has none. Western governments have decomposed into
despotisms of the most primitive type. The proof of this derives from
the fact that within the annual avalanche of legislation, there is
hardly a single new law, regulation or amendment to law which would
be welcomed by the whole populace and uniformly enforced by juries
judging thereon.
Control of all governments
by the overriding judgements and arbitration of citizen-jurors is as
much needed today as for any of the corrupt absolute dictators and
monarchs of history whose inhumanity it was that produced the People's
response embodied in the very creation and installment of the Trial
by Jury Justice System.
To a degree achieved by no
other system of justice, the proper Common Law Trial by Jury with full
Juror’s Rights and Duty to nullify injustices and bad laws, responds
to Mankind's unceasing need: to enforce just laws; to uphold the innocent;
to protect minorities; to nullify arbitrary government; and to reject
injustice.
As stated by THE REPORT, "To
consent to any measure is to share responsibility for its results."
It is incumbent on all responsible citizens who deprecate crime to
take appropriate and decisive actions, not allowing the money-motivated
(or duped) Prohibitionists to delay or foil the utter demolition of
the socially catastrophic criminogenic Prohibitions.

of thousands, no millions, of fellow citizens and their families who
have suffered, or who are now suffering under this modern tyranny;
and to those innumerable others who will also suffer in future if we
